Clinical Precision
Physician orders followed to the letter, vitals measured and recorded, escalations made early — never late.
A licensed nursing practice built on a simple conviction: the best place to recover, manage, and age is your own home — when the care is clinical enough to trust.
EDGEMARK SERVICES LLC operates from 5900 Balcones Drive in northwest Austin — a deliberate base. From this corridor, our nurses reach Balcones, Rosedale, and Allandale in minutes, and Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Pflugerville within the hour. When a family calls after a discharge, geography matters; we built the practice where Central Texas actually lives.
The practice grew alongside the region's aging-in-place movement. Travis and Williamson County families increasingly want parents and grandparents to remain at home through recovery, chronic illness, and memory loss — but want it without surrendering clinical rigor. That gap between hospital-grade care and home comfort is exactly where we work.
Our philosophy is chart-driven care. Like contour lines on a survey map, every visit adds a measured line to the client's record: vitals, wound progress, medication adherence, mobility, mood. Families see the terrain clearly, physicians get usable data, and no decision is made on guesswork. Care that is charted is care that can be navigated.
Our mission is to make home the safest clinical setting a Central Texas family can choose. Four values govern every visit.
Physician orders followed to the letter, vitals measured and recorded, escalations made early — never late.
Clients are adults with histories, preferences, and authority over their own care. We knock, we ask, we explain.
The same nurse returns visit after visit. Trust is clinical infrastructure — it surfaces symptoms earlier.
Visit notes families can actually read, honest pricing after assessment, and a coordinator who answers.
Four functions, one accountable chain of command — from clinical oversight to your first phone call.
Owns clinical quality: writes and reviews every care plan, supervises all field clinicians, and leads monthly competency review.
Performs in-home assessments, manages complex cases — wounds, infusions, CHF, COPD — and mentors the LPN team.
Delivers scheduled skilled visits, medication administration, and daily-living support under RN supervision.
Your first call and constant point of contact: scheduling, insurance verification, family updates, and care-plan logistics.
From our Balcones Drive headquarters we serve the Austin metro and the northern corridor — Balcones, Rosedale, Allandale, Westlake Hills, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Pflugerville — across Travis and Williamson County.
